Does FFR-DSI send samples?
Absolutely! We will send free samples of many products in the FFR-DSI YELLOW PAGES® Catalog. Please contact our Customer Support Department at 800.422.2547. Note: FFR-DSI reserves the right to limit quantities and dollar amount of free samples.
How do I set up credit terms with FFR-DSI?

Is the cost of shipping included in the price of my merchandise?
Shipping is not included in the cost of the product and is billed separately on all FFR-DSI invoices. Shipping charges are based on weight, which is determined after your entire FFR-DSI order has been packed for shipping.
Will there be tax on my FFR-DSI order?
Unless you have tax-exempt status and have provided us with a properly completed tax exemption or resale certificate, we will apply taxes as applicable.

What payment options does FFR-DSI accept?
FFR-DSI accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We can usually establish net-30 credit terms for you within 48 hours, and ship your FFR-DSI order as soon as credit is approved. Of course, FFR-DSI also accepts C.O.D. and prepayment.
