FFR-DSI Order Policies and Procedures:
Ordering
FFR-DSI accepts orders via web, phone, fax or mail.
- Web orders: Order products online at www.ffr-dsi.com and check the status of your order anytime. (Note: Same-day shipping is only available if order is placed by 12PM EST for carrier shipments or 3PM EST for parcel shipments.)
- Phone orders: Place orders via phone with our Customer Support team from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern at 800.422.2547 or 330.998.7800.
- Fax orders: Fax orders 24/7 to 800.422.2502 or 330.998.7801. For your convenience, an Easy Order Form can be found in our FFR-DSI YELLOW PAGES® Catalog. (Note: Same-day shipping is not available for fax orders.)
- Mail orders: Mail orders are processed daily, please send to: FFR-DSI, Inc., 8181 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087-2303.
Shipping
If the products are in inventory, we will ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order, or the next business day. (Please note that the 24-hour time period begins the following business morning.) If you need your order to ship the same day, please call our Customer Support Department at 800.422.2547 before 2:00 PM Eastern (common carrier shipments) or 4:00 PM Eastern (parcel shipments) and we will be glad to expedite your order. (Shipments with international destinations require an additional 24-hour notice for shipment. Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern will ship the following day.)
Shipping Policies
All orders ship F.O.B. FFR-DSI facilities. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the price of the items in the Catalog. FFR-DSI will either bill the freight charges separately, or add to the invoice as an additional item. All express shipping arrangements must be specified at the time the order is placed. Items will ship as soon as they are available. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship partial orders to get your product to you as quickly as possible. C.O.D. Orders have a per carton charge from the carrier in addition to the basic freight charges. All orders will ship UPS unless otherwise specified. If the order is too large to ship UPS, we will use an LTL carrier. If you contact our Customer Support Department at 800.422.2547, we will be glad to provide a freight estimate and answer any other questions you may have. Shipments with international destinations require additional shipping time; customer is responsible for customs clearance and all related fees.
Payment
PLEASE NOTE - our website currently only accepts credit card and net 30 payments for orders. To place an order using our wire transfer, pre-paid, and C.O.D. payment options, please contact our Customer Support Representatives at 800.422.2547 or info@ffr-dsi.com. Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please include the account number, expiration date and the name as it appears on the card. (If you choose to mail or fax your order form, please remember to sign it prior to sending it in.) Establishing Net 30 Terms - We welcome you to set up an account with FFR-DSI; simply complete our On-Line Credit Application. Please allow a minimum of two business days to process your application and establish credit. Wire Transfer - An option for both Domestic and International customers. See below for instructions on sending a wire transfer.
Pre-Paid Order - If you prefer to prepay the order, a check or money order should be sent to our offices along with your order form. For any prepaid order exceeding $1,000.00, we request that you send a money order or a certified check. (Note that the check must be received prior to shipment.)
C.O.D. - For your convenience, orders can also be sent C.O.D. Please remember that C.O.D.'s may have a set charge per carton.
Sample Program
FFR-DSI provides samples of most products contained in the FFR-DSI YELLOW PAGES® Catalog free of charge. Samples are typically sent via UPS Ground. Any express freight expenses incurred are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of the order or delivery. FFR-DSI reserves the right to limit quantities and dollar values of free products.
Minimum Orders
FFR-DSI accepts orders of any quantity for all standard products, provided that the ordered item does not have a designated minimum order quantity. A $10 minimum order charge is applied to domestic orders less than $100. The minimum order charge for international shipping destinations is $25. Minimum orders must be prepaid, C.O.D., or paid by credit card, unless net 30 day payment terms are already established. We cannot accept returns on small orders.
